Take a look through a plurilingual prism...

Welcome to I am plurilingual / Je suis plurilingue! This website was developed as a companion to Gail Prasad's doctoral dissertation on children's plurilingualism in English and French schools. To provide a  glimpse of the type of creative plurilingual work that students, along with their teachers and family engaged in with me from 2012-2014, this site showcases a sampling of the plurilingual multimodal texts created with students across a variety of school sites in Toronto (Canada), Montpellier (France) and Sète (France).*  Click on them to view the entire e-book or click on the audio player below to listen to a recording of  students' readings. To learn more about this inquiry, click on The Study; to find more examples of students'  creative work, click on Students as co-researchers; and, to explore resources for developing creative plurilingual practice in research and in teaching, consult the list of publications, presentations and gallery under About the Researcher.  Your comments, questions and reflections are welcome!
